Today I picked up a developed roll of Kodak Portra 400 film that I’ve shot through my Minolta Maxxum 5 over the past 2 weeks or so.

I still shoot digital about 95% of the time, but there’s definitely a certain “look” to film that I really enjoy, and there’s almost nothing like the slow and deliberate mindset that goes into shooting film.

I ended up being pretty pleased with 21 of the 36 shots I took (a much higher yield percentage-wise than digital), so I’ll post more photos tomorrow.
