> I think the workplace is changing (for better or worse). Work is a part of you, work for 5 minutes while drinking a coffee, 40 miles into a bike ride, work at 5AM when you get an email on your phone, work 2 beers in on a Friday night. 9-5 provides some needed structure and normalcy but employees are changing and brands need to catch up. Nobody should have to choose between their hobbies and their career, their health and their career and certainly never their family or their career.
