Caitlin and I were able to recreate the amazing Chicken Lemon Rice Soup from our hometown [Coney Island Restaurants](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coney%5FIsland%5F%28restaurant%29?ref=drewshannon.net "http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coney_Island_%28restaurant%29"). Nice to bring a small part of Michigan to our lives in New York. Tasted amazing.
