I’m not really one for New Years Resolutions, but I think that I need to go on a significant media diet in 2012\. 

Most of my insecurities and anxiety comes from external forces that I can’t change, most of which come about as a result of being connected 24/7\. As hard as I tried, my life was still consumed with thoughts of “the grass is always greener”. In the past, I couldn’t help but compare myself to others, and it’s left me never feeling satisfied, bitter, and angry.

So here is to 2012, a year when I try to be more thoughtful and thankful.
