Photo(s) of the Day - Kentucky Derby 2011

For those that may not know, yesterday was the annual Kentucky Derby, arguably the most well-known horse race in the country. I normally wouldn’t have much of a reason to watch, except that this year a good friend of mine had a delightful get-together at his apartment.

As you can see, it was a day filled with mint julips, fancy attire, and large hats. Not a bad way to spend a beautiful Saturday afternoon in the spring.
